Day Seven - Chilling with the party people on Corfu

We arrived in Corfu Sunday morning and found beautiful weather in the low 80's.

On a 3 1/2 hours bus tour of the island we saw many spectacular beaches and beautiful sights, especially when we stopped for a drink high on the mountain over-looking the northern beaches.

The roads were well maintained and not crowded (perhaps because it was a Sunday?).

I would have liked to have spent more time at the one beach we visited. The water was absolutely crystal clear with multiple shades of aqua blue color. The whole scene was very inviting.

Fine Furniture and Woodworking Festival Dates Set

Vermont’s 5th Annual Fine Furniture & Woodworking Festival returns Sept. 27 and 28 (10 a.m. -5 p.m. daily) to Woodstock, Vermont’s Union Arena and Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park.

Look for over 40 exhibitors and demonstrators showcasing artistry and skills in creating handcrafted furniture and function and art objects from wood.
